Apothecary Products (APL) is currently adding a Quality Technician to its team. In partnership with Quality leadership, you will help ensure our product portfolio of self-care wellness solutions and pharmacy supplies supplied to some of world’s largest retailers achieve our quality standards. This hands-on role provides support in the development, execution, and maintenance of the company’s quality management system (QMS) by performing a wide range of activities including determining inspection criteria, implementing test methods, coordinating product testing, investigating nonconforming products, and continuously improving the QMS. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has worked in a similar capacity in a fast-paced regulated environment with strengths in working independently, critical thinking, and desire to make an impact on the lives of others through their work. This position will be based onsite daily at the company’s manufacturing/distribution headquarters in Burnsville, Minnesota.       In this role the incumbent will: - Develop incoming acceptance test method for new and existing products - Develop and maintain product quality plans, identifying quality attributes to ensure product meets its intended performance spec - Coordinate product testing to meet specifications of company, customers, and regulations - Perform product nonconformance investigations to identify root cause and bring resolution ideas - Investigate product issues reported by the customer and work with other company functions as necessary to identify/implements effective solutions - Support varied supplier quality initiatives - Assist onsite team with addressing in-production quality response needs - Assist with the validation of new/changed products and processes - Identify and implement improvements to processes and/or products - May provide back-up when necessary to Quality Inspectors

Apothecary Products (APL) is currently seeking a Group Lead, Warehouse Operations to join our Warehouse Operations team providing guidance, work direction, assistance, and leadership to a group of about 10 warehouse team members. In our mid-sized wellness products organization, the Group Lead will be a hands-on warehouse team member while also influencing the activities, processes, and results of a broad range of warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and more. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and capacity with proven ability to lead others driving team success.       In this role the incumbent will: - Provide daily work assignments to the warehouse team under leadership direction, including changed in priorities and work assignments to ensure schedules and deadlines are met successfully - Serve as primary for solutions to questions, area abnormalities and able to resolve issues using critical thinking - Lead by example and encourage others to follow APL policies, standards, and work processes - Perform skilled and advanced Warehouse Management System duties including inventory movements, generating work orders, documentation, cycle counting and returns process - Perform general warehouse duties such as picking/packing, load/unload trucks, palletize, and material handling - Serve as a trainer for designated work areas Click here for more details.

Apothecary Products (APL) is currently seeking a Press Operator to join our Burnsville based team. Manufacturing and packaging pharmacy supply and consumer goods wellness products, in this role you will be operate flexographic presses with responsibilities including flexographic machine setup, operation, and output to produce labels for some of the largest retailers in the world.      In this role the incumbent will: - Operate flexographic presses to meet safety, quality and expected output - Examine job orders to determine quantities printed, production times, and colors to meet customer and production schedules - Accountable for machine setup, start up and shut down procedures - Mount/install/adjust printing plates, rollers, feed guides, inks, and dies - Monitor feedng and printing of press; detect and react to malfunctions or quality errors - Complete accurate records of production output, scrap, material usage, etc. - Complete activities to prepare product for final shipment - Keep yourself safe and your work area clean - Complete operator level preventative maintenance - Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to other operators, as needed - May perform other production duties to support team environment Click here to see a full position description

In this role you will complete both shipping and receiving responsibilities including processing incoming materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders using material handling equipment.
