Apothecary Products (APL) is seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join its Burnsville, Minnesota based team. In this role, you will show a commitment to providing amazing employee experiences for our Team Members through all phases of their careers. You will be an advisor, coach, problem solver, and hands-on business partner for a wide variety of people initiatives, policies, and programs aimed to improve people capabilities, work performance, workforce engagement, workplace culture, and advance APL’s strategic initiatives. In this role the incumbent will:
- Deliver human resources generalist support and administration of APL’s modern human resources policies, procedures, and programs for onsite and remote team members.
- Serve as critical partner in developing, refining, and executing best practice human resources policies, procedures, and practices to deliver an exceptional employee experience and positive, inclusive work culture.
- Meet with managers of assigned teams regularly to influence and provide consultative guidance to align Human Resources priorities with the business.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Serve as a champion in executing our robust talent acquisition strategies.
- Be an active participant in sustaining a culture of workplace safety and team member wellness; may lead safety and wellness initiatives.
- Accountable for wide range of recurring activities including but not limited to payroll final approval and completion of monthly and annual reporting (i.e., OSHA log, VETs-100, EEO-1, affirmative action)
- Partner with other Human Resources team members on the development and activation of total rewards programs (i.e., compensation/benefits/work environment) to enable APL to attract, motivate, develop, and retain top talent to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Play a key role in organization’s internal communication approach and alignment.
- Support in the execution of organizational design and team effectiveness actions and activities.
- Support acquisition due diligence and integration activities, when needed.
- Perform special program and project management support for a variety of Human Resources and business initiatives, as assigned.
- Become cross-trained and serve as backup support to other human resources team members.

Apothecary Products (APL) is currently seeking a Customer Service/Relations Representative to join our Burnsville based team! In this interactive, high-energy role you will be accounting for serving as a first point of contact for our independent pharmacy and wholesale customers. This role supports order processing, communications and correspondence, post-sale customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order process. To be successful, the incumbent must be skilled in delivering world class customer service, engage regularly in technology tools and quickly become familiar with APL's broad line of self-care wellness products.
In this role the incumbent will:
- Serve as first point of contact for incoming calls and emails for small independent pharmacy and wholesale customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through all phases of the sales process, from initial order entry to ensuring successful order delivery
- Enter orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate manner consistent with APL procedures
- Support sales and marketing programs and promotions through suggestive selling and upselling techniques; may be assigned outbound initiatives

Apothecary Products (APL) is currently seeking a Warehouse Group Lead to join our Warehouse and Logistics team providing guidance, work direction, assistance, and leadership to a group of warehouse team members focused on pick/pack activities. The Warehouse Group Lead will be a hands-on leader influencing the activities, processes, and results of a broad range of warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar capacity with success in delivery business results while supporting a positive, accountable work environment.
In this role the incumbent will:
- Provide daily work assignments to the warehouse team under leadership direction, including changed in priorities and work assignments to ensure schedules and deadlines are met successfully
- Serve as a primary for solutions to questions, area abnormalities and able to resolve issues using critical thinking
- Lead by example and encourage others to follow APL policies, standards and specifications
- Perform skilled and advanced Warehouse Management System duties including inventory movements, generating work orders, documentation, cycle counting and returns process

The Process Engineer Technician is a new role that will provide technical support for manufacturing equipment and processes within Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) Burnsville manufacturing facility to ensure production goals are met. The incumbent will identify and troubleshoot process, material, and equipment problems to minimize downtime and recommend solutions for resolve. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skillset and widen their technical expertise working with a wide varierty of production equipment.
The Opportunity – At A Glance:
- Develop, assemble, procure and modify existing and new tooling and other equipment to ensure efficient production process
- Promote and support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities in manufacturing
- Provide guidance and direction toward improvements to plant and workplace layouts
- Develop work instructions, process sheets, operational drawings/procedures, and apply accurate time standards to operations
- Install new equipment and changes to processes with guidance from leadership
- Assist in execution of process validation reports
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday during traditional business day hours
- Work location: Onsite daily in Burnsville
