This role offers the ideal candidate a unique opportunity to participate in a high growth, private equity backed business that is an essential supplier to many of the largest retailers in the world. Applicants with prior experience in CPG and/or private label products is strongly preferred and encouraged to apply!   The incumbent will focus on fostering and growing APL business within its core customers for its robust existing product portfolio of self-care wellness solutions. You will be assigned a book of business that includes regional and national accounts and brokers. This opportunity will allow you to expand your skillset and see results of your efforts real-time, while working alongside a smart, caring, dedicated cross-functional team. Our ideal candidate will be tenacious, self-starter with strengths in communicating, building relationships, and delivering results.    In this role you will: - Establish, develop, lead, and execute sales plans to profitably grow sales within their assigned territory of national and regional food, drug, mass, and specialty channel customers. - Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments and data to existing and prospective customers. - Leverage our brands, product mix and omni-channels to improve profitability and meet customer and APL targets. - Drive customer execution and results that meet plan objectives. - Manage assigned brokers; develop and executes annual sales/customer target plans with brokers. - Actively collaborate and participate in sales efforts and timelines with cross-functional teams. - Elevate APL with brokers, distributors, and retailers through quid pro quo negotiation. - Execute market intelligence gathering activities/techniques and utilize them to drive customer results.

Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) is growing its leadership team searching for a Production Manager to plan, supervise, and direct the work of a production team of 40+ team members manufacturing self-care products and other wellness solutions. This position will be accountable for the development and execution of our Burnsville, Minnesota production policies, programs, and strategies to ensure operational excellence. Overseeing a two-shift operation, the incumbent will be a highly visible presence on the production floor coaching, training, and documenting best practices to move our organization forward by driving safety, productivity, quality, cost, and team member engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who has prior experience developing others, working in a multicultural work environment and desires to be hands-on in all aspects of the production team. Someone who desires a sense of accomplishment in their work would enjoy this opportunity!    In this role the incumbent will: - Develop and execute manufacturing policies, programs, budget, expense management, and strategies - Drive the development of standard operating procedures for the production team - Manage daily work center capacity schedules; control and monitor labor usage for effectiveness - Identify, implement, and monitor production standards to ensure achievement in the production schedule - Ensure product quality adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices, customer specifications and APL standards - Develop and foster relationships with other functional partners to proactively work to minimize operational disruptions, improve quality, and meet APL customer needs - Serve as champion for the maintenance of a clean and safe plant   - Communicate regularly with team members on production changes, process changes, quality initiatives and other information to drive results and team engagement

In this role you will complete both shipping and receiving responsibilities including processing incoming materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders using material handling equipment. Forklift operators are encouraged to apply for this opportunity!     The Opportunity - at a glance: - Day hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm with occasional overtime - Climate-controlled, clean environment - Free espresso machine; market-style food options available for purchase - Casual clothing and hats allowed - no uniforms!  - Ability to listen to music/headphones (within safety and GMP standards) - Pick products using material handling equipment (such as pallet jack and forklift) and verify orders for accuracy and condition - Package and palletize orders - Load and unload trucks - we have many tools and processes to help prevent strain! - Process stock transfers and material requests - Support cycle-counting activities  - Help ensure a clean and safe work environment (safety = #1 at APL) This is perfect for people who have a couple of years' warehouse experience under their belt and want to continue to expand their skill-set in both shipping and receiving areas!
