Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) is currently adding a Marketing Coordinator to its team.

 

In partnership with Marketing leadership, you will help ensure our product portfolio of consumer wellness solutions and pharmacy supplies distributed to some of world’s largest retailers drives profitable growth. This dynamic ever-changing role with exposure to all facets of the profession including product, digital, and eCommerce marketing. The incumbent will play a vital role in the execution of APL’s marketing initiatives with ranging responsibilities touching market research, customer engagement, product commercialization, social media, and more. This position will be based at our manufacturing/distribution headquarters in Burnsville, Minnesota and will operate in a hybrid work setting.

 

 

 

In this role the incumbent will:

  • Oversee sample inventory, distribution, and approval during product commercialization process
  • Follow product trends on popular eCommerce platforms like Pinterest and TikTok, reporting key findings to business leaders
  • Monitor product portfolios across platforms to ensure best-in-class listings, including pricing consistency and competitiveness
  • Use business intelligence tools to track trends, keywords, and address consumer reviews and questions promptly.
  • Track product reviews on eCommerce platforms and key customer websites for improvement ideas and messaging enhancements.
  • Coordinate consumer review sampling to increase review quantity and quality, and drive SEO
  • Manage APL's digital asset management system and train new users
  • Create and schedule social media postings for assigned platforms and brands
  • Assist eCommerce team with on-platform advertising and promotions, optimizing product placements
  • Coordinate blog execution process, including content routing and publishing on relevant sites
  • Perform other duties beneficial to the success of APL

Qualifications + Experience:

We seek applicants with these critical skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or Business Management or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong communicator – written and verbal
  • Technical proficiency to productively work with and in Microsoft Office and other business systems including business intelligence technologies; general knowledge of social media applications as a user
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and industry trends to stay competitive in the evolving CPG marketing landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business
  • Ability to work with a diverse team

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Exposure to the consumer products industry, ideally gained through internships or relevant positions, is advantageous
