Apothecary Products (APL) is currently seeking a Customer Service/Relations Representative to join our Burnsville based team! In this interactive, high-energy role you will be accounting for serving as a first point of contact for our independent pharmacy and wholesale customers. This role supports order processing, communications and correspondence, post-sale customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order process. To be successful, the incumbent must be skilled in delivering world class customer service, engage regularly in technology tools and quickly become familiar with APL's broad line of self-care wellness products.  

In this role the incumbent will:

• Serve as first point of contact for incoming calls and emails for small independent pharmacy and wholesale customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through all phases of the sales process, from initial order entry to ensuring successful order delivery
• Enter orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate manner consistent with APL procedures
• Support sales and marketing programs and promotions through suggestive selling and upselling techniques; may be assigned outbound initiatives
• Interact with other functional departments, including warehouse and production in a timely, informative and professional manner
• Become cross-trained and serve as backup support to ecommerce consumer customers as needed

We seek applicants with these critical skills and experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• 2+ years in similar, business-to-business customer service role
• Strong written and verbal communications in the English language
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; capability of becoming quickly efficient in ERP system
• Prior work experience in regulated industry (i.e. food, medical, consumer goods) preferred
• Prior call center environment experience preferred
