Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) is searching for a Customer Operations Coordinator, Ecommerce to continue to grow and support the Ecommerce team across all brands of the business. This role offers the ideal candidate a unique opportunity to make an impact on the behind-the-scenes work that goes into driving a successful Ecommerce channel with delivering customer needs and providing post-sale support for the APL brands.

Our ideal candidate will be an independent, self-starter with strengths in delivering positive and effective electronic customer communication, comfortability and adaptability with ever-changing technology platforms and systems, and upholding APL brand and service levels at a high standard. In this role you will:

• Serve as first point of contact on consumer and B2B inquiries through ecommerce channels across all APL brands
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships throughout all phases of the sales process; initial and recurring orders; communicating changes; and updates
• Monitor and respond to all ecommerce communication (includes phone, email, chat, site reviews, and social media) promptly and professionally ensure superior customer experience.
• Create trend reports and communicate relevant messages, reviews and customer feedback to brand Marketing Managers for consideration of product development and innovation
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives, which includes tracking package status, process returns, and managing defective items
• Manage EDI order process within ERP system (NAV), such as new customer setup, information verification, pricing, tax documents, payment and fulfillment

• High School diploma required; Associates Degree or equivalent related experience preferred Sales experience with consumer branded or private label experience preferred
• 2+ years of consumer and/or B2B customer service or sales role
• Preferred experience includes retail ecommerce, Shopify ecommerce platform, and prior work in similar CPG environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; including use of vlookups, filtering and sorting techniques
• Prior work experience navigating through ERP system, or capable of becoming proficient quickly
• Motivated, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment that requires cross training, open communication, and team development activities
• Detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize competing demands with a can-do attitude
