Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) is growing its sales team searching for a Senior Account Manager to continue to grow and deliver value to our customers and consumers. The incumbent will focus on fostering and growing APL business within its core customers for its robust existing product portfolio of self-care wellness solutions. You will be assigned a book of business that includes regional and national accounts and brokers. This opportunity will allow you to expand your skillset and see results of your efforts real-time, while working alongside a smart, caring, dedicated cross-functional team. Our ideal candidate will be tenacious, self-starter with strengths in communicating, building relationships, and delivering results. 


In this role you will:

  • Establish, develop, lead, and execute sales plans to profitably grow sales within their assigned territory of national and regional food, drug, mass, and specialty channel customers.
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments and data to existing and prospective customers.
  • Leverage our brands, product mix and omni-channels to improve profitability and meet customer and APL targets.
  • Drive customer execution and results that meet plan objectives.
  • Manage assigned brokers; develop and executes annual sales/customer target plans with brokers.
  • Actively collaborate and participate in sales efforts and timelines with cross-functional teams.
  • Elevate APL with brokers, distributors, and retailers through quid pro quo negotiation.
  • Execute market intelligence gathering activities/techniques and utilize them to drive customer results.

Qualifications + Experience:

We seek applicants with these critical skills and experience:

  • 2-6 years’ work experience in similar sales capacity with increasing responsibility
  • Sales experience with consumer branded or private label experience strongly preferred
  • Previous accountability servicing national and/or large regional customers with or without broker support preferred
  • Results-oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful team player that excels in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal & relationship skills – listens, asks critical questions, relates well with others, comfortable and effective operating virtually
  • Developing leadership skills with the ability to set direction and influence cross-functional teams, various size customers, and brokers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to quickly become proficient in APL’s technology systems.
