Apothecary Products (APL) is currently seeking a Pad Print Operator to join the Production team! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately producing APL products within a specified production schedule using printing machinery and equipment. The incumbent will ensure a high level of quality on all parts and pieces by following specification sheets while working effectively in a team. Responsibilities include proper setup, operation, output and quality of the machinery and equipment.

• First Shift hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

We seek applicants with these critical skills and experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years solid work experience
• 3-5 years solid work experience in a printing operator role or similar
• Ability to setup/changeover equipment in a safe and timely manner
• Prior experience mixing inks to PMS standards
• Demonstrable experience with computers, including Microsoft Office products and capable of being quickly proficient with ERP system
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, and able to work well under pressure of deadlines
• Must have ability to exert self physically for an 8-hour shift; able to walk/stnd for duration of assigned shift in intervals of 4-5 hours
• Must be able to fully use arms and hands to reach overhead, forward, and to the sides
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs infrequently with another team member (team lift)
