Apothecary Products (APL) is currently seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team! This key role delivers product, packaging, pricing, and customer projects for APL’s brick and mortar customers with focus on private label and pharmacy supply products. The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter with a background in CPG marketing, experience with project management, and an ability to proactively deliver on customer expectations.

In this role the incumbent will:

• Lead product, packaging, and life cycle management projects for private label and pharmacy supply businesses in all brick & mortar customers
• Partner with Marketing leadership to support the development of short and long-range business goals, focusing primarily on private label and pharmacy supply business
• Assist in development and execution of product, category, customer, and marketing plans
• Assist with providing meaningful analysis, forecast and consumption data as part of the inventory and new product forecasting processes
• Support sales team with fact-based selling information, product information/attributes, research insights, and training on new products while also developing recommendations to support Sales’ selling efforts to top customers

We seek applicants with these critical skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
• 2+ years of consumer product marketing experience for either private label or branded products
• 2+ years of cross-functional team leadership and business management
• Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically with a general management orientation
• Proficient with Marketing core competencies, including business building skills, current year business management and business analysis
• Strength in analyzing data to anticipate business trends, monitor competitive activity, understand implications, and make sound conclusions and recommendations
• Consumer focused mindset
