APL is seeking a positive, adaptable professional to join our fast-paced team as a Human Resources Generalist. In this dynamic role, you will have exposure and influence for a range of people programs, initiatives, and programs. Key accountabilities include payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, culture building, people analytics, corporate communications, and delivering an amazing employee experience to our Team Members. The HR Generalist will partner with other Human Resources team members to continuously improve people capabilities, work performance, workforce engagement, workplace culture, and advance APL’s strategic initiatives. This opportunity will allow you to expand your skillset and see your impact in real-time, working alongside talented teammates to take the business and your career to the next level. This position will be based at our manufacturing/distribution headquarters in Burnsville, Minnesota and will operate in a hybrid work setting.
In this role the incumbent will:
- Complete payroll administration activities using ADP Workforce Now
- Day-to-day benefits administration including maintaining EDI files, facilitate new hire benefits orientation, and complete benefits compliance activities
- Own overall responsibility for team member data integrity in our HRIS
- Provide first tier support to Team Members on wide range of people needs
- Be a key contributor to our internal committees including Wellbeing and Safety
- Be integral to APL’s communication approach including authoring information shared with our team and the community on our digital boards, social media, and company newsletter
- Support talent acquisition efforts including owning several onboarding activities
- Accountable for select month-end, quarter-end, and annual reports
- Perform special projects to support a variety of HR and business initiatives which may include but is not limited to DEI, employee development, community giveback, and governance.
- Become cross-trained and serve as backup support to other human resources team members.

Apothecary Products (APL) is currently seeking a Press Operator to join our Burnsville based team. Manufacturing and packaging pharmacy supply and consumer goods wellness products, in this role you will be operate flexographic presses with responsibilities including flexographic machine setup, operation, and output to produce labels for some of the largest retailers in the world.
In this role the incumbent will:
- Operate flexographic presses to meet safety, quality and expected output
- Examine job orders to determine quantities printed, production times, and colors to meet customer and production schedules
- Accountable for machine setup, start up and shut down procedures
- Mount/install/adjust printing plates, rollers, feed guides, inks, and dies
- Monitor feedng and printing of press; detect and react to malfunctions or quality errors
- Complete accurate records of production output, scrap, material usage, etc.
- Complete activities to prepare product for final shipment
- Keep yourself safe and your work area clean
- Complete operator level preventative maintenance
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to other operators, as needed
- May perform other production duties to support team environment

Apothecary Products (APL) is currently seeking skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Burnsville as a Warehouse Specialist! In this role you will complete both shipping and receiving responsibilities including processing incoming materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders using material handling equipment. Experienced forklift drivers are encouraged to apply for this opportunity! We love applicants who want to learn and be cross-trained in multiple processes of warehouse.
