    Apothecary Products (APL) is currently looking for an Inventory Analyst. The Inventory Analyst is a key player in our day-to-day performance by carrying the responsibility of maintaining inventory accuracy via the APL inventory management system. The incumbent will work at both a strategic and hands-on level to ensure accurate inventory flow within operations.

    Responsibilities

    In this role the incumbent will:

    • Oversee a cycle counting program which includes:
      • Developing and executing cycle count schedules
      • Ensuring cycle counts are performed on designated inventory based on schedule provided/created
      • Analyze cycle count results and investigate inconsistencies
      • Approve adjustments, identify root cause of issues, recommend and implement process improvements
      • Publish cycle counting and inventory accuracy KPIs, metrics and reports
    • Oversee the effectiveness of the processes that monitor and maintain inventory integrity
    • Analyze and identify excess & obsolete inventory; work closely with Operations and Distribution teams to ensure excess inventory is correctly dispositioned and transacted out of the system.
    • Maintain inventory management tools/reports used to assess inventory accuracy and track cycle count progress compared to plan.
    • Serve as a backup resource supporting the Document and Data Control function regarding ERP master data maintenance and control as needed.

    Qualifications

    We seek applicants with these critical skills and experience:

    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field. Consideration given to equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years data analyst experience and/or inventory management experience.
    • Preferred experience in manufacturing or distribution environment across multiple plants.
